传统气动阀门的控制方式存在缺点,主要表现在费用高,安全性无保障和故障点多等。采用现场总线接口的阀岛控制方式可以改进上述缺点。但现场总线阀控技术并不能适应所有的场合,对数量很少且分散的气动阀门,采用现场总线并不经济。现场总线适合于成组的阀门进行对比分析。
