企业家作用机制研究

ON WORKING MECHANISM OF ENTREPRENEURS

企业家在企业中起主导作用,这种主导作用的本质是对于企业机制的创新。由于企业家的企业机制创新活动,是利用既有条件以计划机制取代价格机制的过程,具有结构化的创新空间和创新路径,因此存在着企业家作用机制。企业家作用机制既不同于企业机制,又不同于企业家机制,是指企业家在企业机制建设中的创新活动机制,研究这一机制对于依靠企业家转变企业机制具有重要意义。

AEntrepreneur plays a leading role in firm; the nature of this leading role is to innovate on firm mechanism. This paper aims at explaining the meaning and method of study on this function and proposing the framework of this study. It points out that the entrepreneur＇s function mechanism exists because the entrepreneur＇s creative activity of firm mechanism is the course replacing the price mechanism with the planned mechanism through utilizing the existed condition, and contains structural innovation space and innovation path. Entrepreneur＇s function mechanism is the mechanism of creative activities in which the entrepreneur establishes the firm＇s mechanism, so it is different from firm＇s mechanism as well as entrepreneur mechanism. It is of great importance to make research on this field in terms of changing firm＇s mechanism through entrepreneur＇s function.
