摘要
肝细胞移植为治疗各种肝病提供了一种新的途径,其目的是通过移植细胞的增殖逐步替代或重建受损的肝组织结构。细胞来源是当前阻碍肝细胞移植发展的主要问题。骨髓干细胞可以分化为与其组织发育或再生来源不同的细胞类型,可望成为肝细胞移植的重要细胞来源问题。本文就近年来相关研究进行综述。
