死亡相关蛋白激酶与肿瘤 被引量:2

摘要 死亡相关蛋白激酶(DAPK)是钙离子/钙调素调节的丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶。DAPK有一个多区结构,具有潜在的转录活性,色氨酸308自身磷酸化被认为是其基本状态的一个自控装置。DAPK参与干扰素-γ、TNF-α、p53和TGF-β等介导的细胞凋亡,在整个凋亡系统中发挥着重要作用。DAPK被认为是抑癌基因,与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移密切联系,其启动子CpG岛甲基化是其在表观遗传学上调节的重要方式。DAPK在肿瘤早期诊断、评价预后及基因靶向治疗等方面有重要意义。
