成衣生产流程中服装面料准备工艺的研究

Research on preparatory technology of shell fabric in apparel manufacture

通过对成衣生产工艺流程的介绍,提出并分析了服装材料准备工艺所包含的内容、方法和工艺技巧,主要包括服装材料的选择,进厂材料的数量复核与质量检验,服装材料物理和化学性能的测试,服装材料的预缩整理等。并针对成衣生产工艺流程的特点,指出了服装生产经营过程中发生的质量问题或赔偿纠纷,由面辅料引起的较多,由缝制不当引起的只占少部分,说明了在成衣生产流程中服装面料准备工艺的重要性。

The contents, methods and techniques of preparatory technology of shell fabric are recommended and analyzed by introducing the apparel manufacture sequence. The selection of apparel materials, examination of quantity and quality test of phisical and chemical perfonnance, shrunk finish of apparel materials are included. And in respect of the speciality of the apparel manufacture sequence,the main reason of quality problem or compensation issue in the process of apparel manufacture and management is pointed out. The main reason is not the sewing problems but quality problems of the apparel materials. It is shown that the preparatory technology of shell fabric is very important in the process of apparel manufacture.
