摘要
模块化设计被认为是21世纪最重要的设计模式之一。在分析纺纱工艺特点的基础上,对模块化设计与用户参与产品设计关系进行了研究,推出了基于C++ Builder和Pro/ENGINE环境模块化的设计模式,建立了面向用户参与的产品模块化设计平台框架,并以典型模块化和参数化粗纱机为例成功地进行了实践,验证了设计的有效性。
Modularization design is considered as one of the important design modes in the 21st century. It aims at satisfying individual customer needs by mass production high efficiency and low cost. In this paper, the characteristics of modularization design are analyzed and the relationship between customers to design on the based of C + + Builder and Pro/ENGINEER is put formant and a design platform for customers is built. The typical textile machinery-roving frame designed by the methods of modularization and parametric is practiced successfully. The results show that the modularization design is efficient.
