摘要
起毛零点是决定起毛设备上机工艺状态的一项重要参数。以复式钢丝起毛机为例,其工作原理基本相似。文章通过对MB332B20型复式钢丝起毛机起毛零点进行深入分析,得出其在零点起毛状态下,针对不同的织物行进速度,起毛针辊、梳毛针辊快速变换齿轮与走布辊快速变换齿轮传动比之间的关系,可迅速获得相对应的零点状态时所对应的上机工艺参数,并在此基础上,通过改变关系中任意一项传动比,以快速获得所需要的起毛强度,可作为起毛加工时的依据或参考。
The raising "zero" is an important parameter for raising machine. In this paper, it has analyzed the zero of MB332B20 raising machine detailedly. Based on different velocity of fabric, it has made a conclusion about the driving ratio connection of counter pile miler.carding miler and fabric miler, and obtains the technical parameter fleetly. At the same time, it can change each of driving ratio to attain the needed raising intensity, which can be a reference for raising production.
