摘要
浸种、涂抹及浇灌土壤等接种测定表明,辣椒内生枯草芽孢杆菌BS-2(Bacillus subtilis)菌株对辣椒苗有明显的促生作用,其中以涂抹接种效果最好,鲜重和干重分别比对照增加168.70%和181.25%;同时,该菌株可诱导辣椒体内吲哚乙酸等促进植物生长激素含量的提高,并降低脱落酸等抑制植物生长激素的形成等,是促进辣椒苗生长的主要机制之一。
Seed dipping, daub and irrigating inoculation showed that the endophytic BS-2 (Bacillus subtilis) could promote growth of capsicum. But the best one was daubing leaves. The fresh weight and the dry weight of the plants were increased 168.70% and 181.25% respectively. The mechanisms of promoting capsicum growth by BS-2 were that the bacteria could advance the capsicum somatotropic hormone (IAA), reduce the capsicum hormone (ABA), then promote the growth of capsicum.
