摘要 提出一种便携式现场钻杆漏磁探伤方法,该方法以现场钻杆举起到竖直上方悬空状态来完成探伤,设计了一套便携式无盲区探伤装置,用于对管子站及井场钻杆进行及时快速无盲区的探伤. A late - model advanced real - time inspection method of MFL(magnetic flux leakage) for the spot drill pipe is provided in this paper, which features that the testing is accomplished during the state of hang in the air of drill pipe lifted. A suit of advanced real - time nondestructive inspection equipment without blind area was designed accordingly, which is used to detect effectively the spot drill pipe at cannulation station or well locale.
