基于32位微处理器MC68331的主轴检测系统

摘要 提出了一种基于32位微处理器MC68331的主轴检测系统方案,并概述了检测方案的确定及传感器选型,重点分析了系统模块设计和软件设计.该检测系统已用于JZⅡ剑杆织机上,对提高织物质量取得了显著效果. In this paper, a scheme of the main shaft monitor system, which is based on the 32 B micro- processor MC68331, is put forward, mainly introduces the structure of the micro - process MC68331; focuses on the eonfirmation of the monitor scheme and the type choice of the sensors describes the module design of the monitor system of the main shaft and concentrates on the software design of the monitor system. This monitor system has been applied to the JZ-Ⅱ rapier loom, which has brought about noticeable improvement in the quality of the textile.
