This paper introduces the principle and structure of the workpiece in inductive Heating. By using Ansys software,this paper present an coupled finite element analysis model for analyzing the field magnetic and the thermal field,and a solution of the distribution of transient temperature. It can be controlled by signal chip computer in time or temperature.
