Improvement of management level of textile industry by applying statistical technology

阐述了世界质量控制发展史的四个阶段,和将统计技术作为质量管理基础的ISO9000标准,以及统计技术的应用、发展状况。介绍了中国纺织行业质量管理的现状,指出了应以实施ISO9000标准为契机,结合现有成熟的统计软件,通过制度化、程序化利用统计技术方法,提升纺织行业质量管理水平。

This paper introduces the four developing phases of worldwide quality control, the statistical technology-based quality management standard ISO 9000 and the application and development of statistical technology. In addition, this paper introduces the quality management actuality of China textile industry, and puts forward the ideas and ways to improve the quality management level of textile industry by applying the standard of ISO 9000, combining the present relatively-developed statistical soft-wares and making application of statistical technology as a regulation and standard procedure.
