摘要
对以庚醛与丙二酸为原料合成γ-壬内酯的工艺进行了改进。采用多乙烯多氨基乙基膦酸钡载体,载体用5%KOH处理后,用金属钾处理得固体强碱。首次将有机膦酸钡负载的固体强碱用于γ-壬内酯的合成。对催化剂用量、反应物的量比、反应温度的影响进行了研究,确定了最佳工艺条件。n(庚醛):n(丙二酸)=1.0:1.2,催化剂用量为庚醛质量的5%,反应近终点时在(170±2℃)再保温反应2.5h,γ-壬内酯收率可达82%以上。该催化剂具有较高的催化活性,易于再生,可重复使用五次以上,是一种环境友好的催化剂。
The synthesis of γ- Nonalactone from n- Heptaldehyde and Malonic Acid was improved . The supports of barium polyethylenepolyamino- N- ethylphosphonate were prepared by dispersion of metal K on the supports after being treated with 5 % KOH ,solution, The synthesis of γ- Nonalactone was using by solid strong bases for the first time. The influence of quantity of catalyst, the proportion of reagents, reaction temperature and reaction time on yield was studied and the optimum technological conditions were n(n- Heptaldehyde) :n (Malonic Acid) = 1.0 : 1.2, the amount of catalysts was 5 % (base on the mass of n- Heptaldehyde) and the reaction is further for 2.5 h at (170 ± 2)℃ when the reaction is close to the end point, under these conditions the yield of γ- Nonalactone was over 82 % by GC analysis, and the catalyst can be reused for more than five times and easy to be regenerated . It was a type of environmentlly friednly catalysts.
