新兴市场国家汇率选择理论综述
摘要
近年来，若干新兴市场国家都经历了严重的金融危机和宏观经济波动，它们的汇率选择问题在经济学界引发了激烈争论。争论主要集中在两个方面：其一，汇率选择如何导致宏观经济的不稳定；其二，新兴市场国家应该选择何种汇率制度。在可供选择的几种汇率制度如浮动汇率、固定汇率以及介于两者之间的一种混合汇率——“软钉住”中，许多新兴市场国家以往大多选择了所谓软钉住的中间路径，即中央银行经常性地对其汇率加以干预。
