摘要
研究了用NT5硬质合金端铣刀以300~785m/min的速度铣削EX30钢时刀具耐用度T和切削速度v,主切削力F2与切削速度v、进给速度vf、吃刀量ap之间的关系,给出了刀具磨损曲线、T-v关系曲线、T-v关系式以及F2-v,F2-vf,F2-αp关系曲线及关系式,并对这些关系和规律进行了机理的分析与讨论.
Relationships between the cutting tool life T,are analyzed when tangential force Fz and the cutting speed v machining steel EX30 using carbide end mill NT5 at high cutting speeds of 300 to 785 meters per minute. The tool-wear curves and relative T-v curves are shown. Further, the relationships and corresponding curves between Fz and v, feed speed vf and cutting depth ap respectively are also given. These relations and regularities are analysed and discussed concerning the underlying cutting mechanism.
