摘要 早期根龋的再矿化具有较为复杂的机制,多种体内、体外相关因素参与了其中调控。本文对根龋基质中非胶原蛋白、胶原蛋白、残余矿物质、牙骨质结构以及体外因素氟等影响早期根龋再矿化研究进展,作一综述。
