摘要 目的探讨雄激素受体(AR)与转化生长因子βI型受体(TGFβR1)在良性前列腺增生(BPH)组织中表达的意义及其相关性。方法采用免疫组化法研究两种受体在31例BPH和22例正常前列腺标本中表达的状况。结果AR和TGFβR1在BPH上皮、间质组织中的表达显著高于正常前列腺组织(P<0.05);在BPH间质组织中的表达,AR和TGFβR1呈正相关(相关系数r值为0.358,P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论AR和TGFβR1在BPH中表达增高,两者之间具有协同作用,提示两者在前列腺中的过表达可能参与了BPH的发生和病理过程。 Objective To study expression of androgen receptor and type I transforming growth factor-β receptor(TGFβR1) in benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Methods Expressions of androgen receptor (AR) and type I transforming growth factor βreceptor(TGFβR1) were detected by immunohistochemistry in human prostatic tissue of 31 patients with(BPH) for studying their relations. Results The result revealed that the positive expressions of AR and TGFβR1 in epithelial and mesenchymal(stromal) of BPH were much greater than those in normal prostatic tissue (P〈0.05). Expression of AR was significantly associated with that of TGFβR1 in stromal tissue of BPH(coefficient of correlation, r=-0.358. P〈0.05). Conclusions These suggested that aberrant expression of AR and TGFβR1 might contribute to uncontrolled growth resuhing in prostatic hyperplasia.
