老年人肺炎110例临床特点分析

目的探讨老年人肺炎的临床特点。方法回顾性对1984年3月～2004年12月收治的110例老年人肺炎的临床进行总结分析。结果发现本组老年人肺炎临床表现多种多样,症状交叉而复杂,其特征是临床症状不典型,特异性体征较少,并发或伴随病多,死亡率高。结论提高对老年人肺炎的临床特点的认识,对老年病人要详细的进行病史采集,认真体检,密切观察,及时发现,认真鉴别诊断。以免延误诊断和遗漏诊断,造成不必要的损失。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of the aged pneumonia. Methods A retrospective study was made to 110 cases the aged pneumonia in 1984.3-2004.12. Results To show this group the aged pneumonia patients clinical manifestation were varied, symptom cross, complicat, clinical symptom were atypical, specific physical sign were little, complication or concomitant disease were much, the death rate was higher. Condusions To improve recognization on the aged pneumonia. It is necessary for the aged patient to make detailed hystory-taking, careful physical examination, close observation, tinily discover and diferential diagnosis in case of misd iagnosis.
