结膜充血和疼痛感与洗眼液的关系

Relationship between conjunctival congestion pain and eyewash

目的探讨患者结膜充血和疼痛感与洗眼液的关系。方法将668眼行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(简称Lasik)治疗的近视患者分为两组进行术前结膜囊冲洗(简称洗眼)。第一组236眼,每眼用生理盐水洗眼两次;第二组432眼,每眼先用生理盐水,后用蒸馏水洗眼各一次。在洗眼过程中,询问患者的自我感觉和术后次日裂隙灯下观察结膜充血改变情况。结果两组间疼痛感差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组间结膜充血改变无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论患者疼痛感与洗眼液有关,生理盐水较蒸馏水洗眼更能降低患者疼痛感的发生率。

Objective To evaluate the relation between conjunctival congestion pain and eyewash in patient after lasik. Methods 668 eyes to plan lasik were divided to two groups before conjunctival sac flusing. One group, 236eyes, washed eye with the saline twice, another group, 432 eyes, washed eye with the saline once frrstly, then with the distilled water once. Asked self-sensation among the process of wash-eye and examined the conjunctival congestion the next day by sllm lamp. Results There is significantly different（P〈0.01） between two groups in pain. While there is no significantly different（P〉0.05） between two groups in conjunctival congestion. Conclusions there is correlation between the eyewash and pain, it can decrease the incidence rate of pain wash eye with the saline compare to the distilled water.
