摘要
从心理契约的概念入手,分析了心理契约应用于图书馆管理的重要意义,并进一步探讨了图书馆管理中心理契约的构建和维护。
Starting with the concept of psychological contract, this paper analyzed the important significance of psychological contract in the management of library and discussed its construction and maintenance.
