摘要
提出一种基于MOCCC II(多端输出电流控制第二代电流传输器)的电流模式二阶滤波器的一般电路模型和系统设计理论.根据该电路模型和系统理论可以产生8种滤波器结构,每一种结构可以实现低通、带通、高通、带阻及全通滤波器或其中的几种滤波器.滤波器的无源元件仅有电容,没有外接电阻,且电容均接地.此外,所产生的电路具有很低的灵敏度.最后对所引入的MOCCC II及提出的滤波器进行了PSPICE仿真和理论计算.
The paper presents a general model circuit and systematic design theory of current mode biquad filters based on MOCCCIIs ( current controlled second generation current conveyor with multiple outputs). Various structures of filters can be produced by means of the model and theory. Each structure can realize lowpass, bandpass, highpass, bandstop and allpass filters, or several kinds of them. There are not resistors in the filters. Capacitors are only passive elements of the filters, and they are all grounded. In addition, sensitivities of the circuits are very low. In the last, the PSPICE simulation to the introduced MOCCCII and the proposed filters is made.
