《爆破质量综合评价仪》的研制和开发

摘要 提出了通过8098单片机采集电铲推压电压的信号变化情况,进行快速傅里叶变换,再对结果进行分析处理,得出反映爆破质量的优劣的指标。利用该原理研制成功一种能在矿山现场直接反映爆破质量优劣的仪器──《爆破质量综合评价仪》。根据该仪器的反映的结果,来调整下一次爆破参数,实现爆破优化,降低采矿成本。该仪器在马鞍山姑山铁矿使用后,效益显著。于一九九四年一月通过安徽省冶金厅的鉴定。并获得一九九四年安徽省科技进步成果奖。 This paper presents a direct evaluation system-Explosion Quality Analyzer. The analyzer can be usedto evaluate the explosion quality at a mine site and calculate the net working time of an electric shovel by using8098 microcomputer to collect the signal changes in the voltage of an electic shovel and handle the date withthe Fast Fourier Transform(FFT).Firstly, this paper analyses the relative factors of the explosion quality and then draws a conclusion that thereis a close relation between the explosion quality and the changes of the electic shovel's voltage change frequency. and also indicates wheteher the explosion quality is good or bad can be reflected by the 'BZ' value. Secondly the theory of the analyzer's system is introduced. The analyzer's operation can be controlled by a 8098microcomputer, and the date collection can be completed by a timer. The hardware of the analyzer's system iscomposed of signal collection, signal analysis, display and result print. The software consists of six subprograms: initiallied subprogram, signal collection subprogram, FFT subprogram, display subprogram andSelf-test subprogram. Meanwhile many anti-interference measures are deigned to improve the reliability ofthe analyzer under the always poor work circumstances of the instrument. Along with the application and operation's summary, the effect is introduced at the end of theis's paper.
