摘要
借助相图计算及试验分析,对含碳1.5%(质量分数)的超高碳钢化学成分铝的合理选择进行了分析研究。结果表 明,随铝含量增加,A1温度升高,珠光体相变组织片层间距减小,网状碳化物减少。随铝含量增加单相奥氏体区变小变无, 液化温度降低,热加工性能恶化。综合考虑,含碳1.5%(质量分数)的超高碳钢化学成分铝的合理添加量应选择为2.0%(质 量分数)左右。
By means of the phase diagram calculation and experiment analysis, the rational amount of Al as chemical composition in UHCS was studied. The result indicates that temperature A1 goes up as the Al content increases, while lamellar distance in pearlite phase transformation macrostructure decreases and the network carbide decreases. With Al content increasing, uniphase austenite area decreases or disappears, the liquefaction temperature becomes low, and hot-workability worsens. To sum up, the rational amount of Al to be chosen as about 2.0%(quality fraction) in UHCS with 1.5%(quality fraction) carbon content.
