On the Construction and Development of the Productivity-promoting Centers in China

我国生产力促进中心经过13年的发展,取得了显著的成绩,呈现出强大的生命力,但与其它国家和地区相比,无论在规模是还服务质量上,我国生产力促进中心都还有较大的差距。需要学习和借鉴其它国家或地区生产力促进中心的先进经验,探讨我国生产力促进中心建设体系、服务功能、运行机制、服务模式等问题,使其真正成为我国技术创新的重要支撑,科技、经济和社会发展的重要推动力量。

China＇s productivity-promoting centers have achieved prominent success after 13 years＇ development, displayingforceful vitality. However, compared with the productivity-promoting centers of oth- er countries and regions, China＇s productivity-promoting centers have great disparity in scale and in service quality. It is necessary to learn from and borrow for reference the advanced experiences of other countries and regions, and to discuss such problems as the construction system, service functions, operating mechanisms, and service patterns of China＇s productivity-promoting centers so as to make them important support for China＇s technological innovation and the propelling forces for the development of science and technology, economy, and society.
