摘要
微弧氧化是一种新型的表面处理方法,需要可输出双端不对称的高压脉冲电源,且电源的脉冲幅值、频率、占空比均在一定范围内连续可调。为此设计了三相半控整流和IGBT斩波相组合的主电路,重点介绍了三相整流同步触发电路及保护电路的实现,控制系统采用以80C196K C单片机为核心,通过对可编程定时器82C54编程,控制晶闸管的导通角,目的是为斩波电路提供输出电压连续可调的直流源。通过波形分析和对产品的微弧氧化性能测试,证明了该电源设计合理,完全可满足微弧氧化工艺的需求。
The micrroare-oxidation is a new meifiod of surface treatment.it needs a high voltage pulse power with bipolar-asymmetricnl output.and the pulse amplitude.frequency.dtay ratio can all be regulated continuously in a certain range.So the three-phase half- control rectifier being with IGBT chopper circuit are designed.In the paper.the realization of three-phase rectifier synchronous trigger circuit and protection circuit are mainly introduced.The control circuit adopts micro chip unit 80C196KC as core.and programmable timer 82C54 is used to realize controlling angle of flow of thyristor and regulate output voltage value of rectifier circuit.which can provide a eontinunus variable DC power for chopper circuit.By the waveform analysis and microare-oxidatinn test for product,it pnwes that the design of power is reasonable. and it can meet with the requirement.
