摘要
在理论分析和工程实践的基础上,提出了微孔过滤过程可当作渗流来处理,并建立了微孔滤墙过滤过程的数学模型.所建立的模型同某工厂锅炉烟气脱硫与除尘及其废水封闭循环系统中微滤池的运行结果能很好地相符合.应用数学模型,探讨了提高微滤池过滤能力的工程措施,并且给出了微滤系统工艺参数的设计原则,为微孔滤墙过滤系统的设计与运行管理提供了理论依据.
On the basis of theoretical analysis and practical study,a theory that filration process with porous ceramics can be treated as osmosis process is presented,and a mathematical model of the filtration process is established. Imitation results of the model accord with the operation results of the porous ceramics filter, which is a unit of the system of flue gas desulfurization, dust removal and its wastewater closed circulization of the boilers in Changde Cigarette Factory. In this paper, engineering measures are discussed to improve the filtration capacity, and designing principles of main filtration technology parameters are studied. Theoretical basis of designing and operating a porous filter is presented.
