摘要 采用激光相变硬化技术对轧辊进行表面处理时,不同的工艺条件下相变硬化层的组织和硬度特征不同,硬化的综合质量随之改变。首次采用灰基Taguchi理论,对高碳高铬铁轧辊激光相变硬化工艺参数进行最优化处理。优化结果良好,可以对轧辊激光相变硬化过程参数进行控制和选择。 The microstructures and hardness of laser transformation hardening(LTH) zone in roller hard facing are differed with the process parameters.The optimization of LTH process parameters was fulfilled based on gray-based Taguchi methods.The results are suitable to control and select the LTH parameters.
