摘要
针对在线钢轨焊接性特点,选用自保护药芯焊丝进行钢轨的冷焊修复,进行了工艺试验和焊补接头的组织性能研究。实验表明,Ni29自保护药芯焊丝用于钢轨冷焊修复可行。
According to the weldibiltie, s of rail. the self-shielded flux-cored wire is selected to repair rail without pre-heating,and the technology Lest is carried out.The micorstrueture and properilies of welded joints is studied also.The result showes that using Ni29 serf-shlelded flux-cored wire to repair rail is feasible.
