摘要 概念设计是设计过程中的重要组成部分,是技术设计及施工设计的基础.缩短概念设计的周期将对缩短整个设计周期产生很大的影响.本文以轴类零件为例,提出了一种在概念设计中CAD系统的建立方法.该系统以AutoLISP语言为主设计语言,并对AutoCAD与FoxBASE+的数据通讯、AutoCAD与3D-Studio的图形信息交换进行了款处理,建立了参数化轴段基本图形函数库,内嵌机械零件的国家标准.通过调用库中的函数能绘制出多种类型的轴的零件工作图,并可将所得轴绘制成真实感图形.本研究可扩展到其他的标准或非标准零件以及产品的概念设计中. Concept design, an important part of the design process, is the basis of technology and construction design. The shortening of the concept design period will influence the whole design period. This paper takes the shaft parts as an example and introduces a way to establish a CAD system in concept design. The system adopts AutoLISP as the main design language. It handles the data communication between AutoCAD and FoxBASE+, as well as the exchange of drawing informatipn between AutoCAD and 3D-Studio. A basic drawing function base of parametrization shaft segments has been set up, which includes national standards of mechanical parts. Detailed drawings of the shafts can be drawn by retrieving the drawing functions from the base, and realistic images of the shaft can also be plotted. The research work of the paper can be expanded to the concept design of other standard or nonstandard parts and products.
