摘要
提出了一种快速高精度的二维图像测量系统的标定方法,对该方法进行了详细的分析。标定时,使CCD摄像机沿着二维图像测量系统的导轨移动,采集加工有1个圆孔的靶标件的图像,计算圆心在图像中的位置。同时,用双频激光干涉仪测量CCD摄像机的移动距离,得到标定所需要的多个特征点在物面中的位置及在对应图像中的坐标位置。利用这些特点计算出二维图像测量系统的摄像机标定参数,标定精度达到1μm。
A new calibration method of two-dimensional image measurement system is proposed and analyzed. By moving the COD camera according to the track of the two-dimensional image measurement system, an image of the drone with a round hole is collected, and the location of the center of the hole in the image is calculated. Meanwhile, the exact displacement of the COD camera can be measured by a double-frequency laser interferometer,the needed coordinates of the feature points in the object plane and in the correlative image plane are gained. Finally, with these feature points, the camera calibration parameters of the two-dimensional image measurement system could be computed,with a precision of 1μm.
