摘要
目的:建立双根管牙及其桩核烤瓷冠的三维有限元模型,为其进行生物力学研究提供可靠的基础。方法:采用螺旋CT扫描,DICOM接口和图像处理软件,直接提取CT扫描数据,导入Ansys8.0的前处理程序中,并模拟修复体的设计。结果:模型生成了27867个节点和150936个四面体单元,重建了上颌第一前磨牙的三维有限元模型,此数学模型与实体模型具有高度的几何相似性、力学相似性。结论:CT扫描后,经DICOM数据直接建模,可以建立精确的双根管牙及其桩核烤瓷冠的三维有限元模型,使其生物力学的研究与桩核的设计更加科学、准确、直观。
Objective: To provide an ideal model for biomechanics researches of the dowel-core and PFM crown by constructing a three-dimensional finite element model. Methods: Spiral Computer Tomography (SCT) scanning technology was used in combination with DICOM software and Ansys8.0 software. Results: 27867 nodes and 150936 solid units were used to simulate the morphology and mechanical characters in the constructed upper premolar model. Conclusions: An ideal three-dimensional finite element model can be established by SCT technology and DICOM software, which provide a construction model method for oral biomechanical researches and optimum design of restoration.
