化瘀利水法治疗糖尿病肾病中医临床机制分析 被引量：17

摘要 糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病常见的、难治的微血管并发症,其基本病变是肾小球基底膜增厚、系膜基质增多,出现结节型与弥漫型肾小球硬化、前者是DN特异性的病理损害,临床多表现为蛋白尿、高血压、水肿,即DN临床"三联症";中医从"瘀"入手,采用"化瘀利水"法治之,临床取得较好疗效.本文简要分析其可能的临床机制,冀与同行商榷.
