摘要
为了提高磁力研磨加工效率,通过建立研磨压力模型和研磨量模型对磁力研磨加工进行数值仿真,总结出磁感应强度、加工时间、工件转速及工件的进给速度等工艺参数对磁力研磨加工效率的影响规律.同时对仿真结果和实验结果进行对比和分析,证明所建模型正确.
In order to enhance the efficiency of magnetic abrasive finishing, numerical simulation has been established by finding the finishing force model and the stock removal model. The influencing rules about technical parameters such as machining flux density,working time, work speed,axial speed etc on the efficiency are summarized. Meanwhile,the comparison between numerical values and experiment values has been made for proving the good agrecment of models.
