表面活性剂在超临界萃取与分离白术内酯中的影响

摘要 探讨了非离子型表面活性剂对超临界CO2萃取与同步分离白术内酯类化合物的影响.在超临界CO2萃取白术挥发油的过程中,加入非离子型表面活性剂吐温-80、司盘-80改性剂,以达到同步分离内酯类化合物的目的.经过气相色谱分析,最佳萃取条件为萃取温度15℃,萃取压力30 Mpa,并加入司盘-80改性剂,所得到的萃取物内酯含量高达87.78%.结果表明:该方法与传统的溶剂萃取分离方法相比,提高了挥发油的萃取分离效率,无有机溶剂残留,是一种绿色萃取方法,且易于产业化,有广阔的应用前景. This paper studies the affection of modifier-nonionic surfactant in the isolation and extraction of sesquiterpenesolides by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction ( SFE-CO2 ). In the present study, modifiernonionic surfactant, Span -80 and Tween -80 have been used in extraction of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz essential oil by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction ( SFE-CO2) , from the point of view of isolating sesquiterpenesolides as soon as extracting the oil. It is showed that the best extraction condition is 15℃ and 30MPa using Span-80 analyzed by gas chromatography. The sesquiterpenesolides which is obtained from isolator I has the highest amount of 87.78%. The method could be competitive with the conventional process,for it can reduce sample preparation time and completely eliminate the solvent pollution, and good for environment. The method is easy to do and can be used widely.
