冬眠期及冬眠后棘胸蛙血清5种离子浓度及CO_2结合力的变化 被引量:4

摘要 测定了棘胸蛙冬眠期及冬眠后血液的生理指标.结果表明:冬眠期棘胸蛙血清中钙、钾、钠、氯和磷的含量明显低于冬眠期后的含量,但血液中二氧化碳结合力在这两期无显著变化.这与棘胸蛙冬眠活动密切相关. Some blood biochemical indices of Paa spinosa David from Jinhua, Zhejiang Province were measured during hibernation and after hibernation. Hibernation is most important period in individual development of Paa spinosa David. The conclusions from experiment showed that some blood biochemical indices of Paa spinosa, including the level of calcium, potassium, natrium, chlorin and phosphor during hibernation, were significantly lower than those after hibernation. However, the CO2 combine power(CO2 cp) of Paa spinosa was not significantly different between hibernation and after hibernation. This is close related to the hibernation activity of Paa spinosa David.
