我国星级饭店环境管理现状的初步调查

The pragmatic investigation of the environmental management in hotels in China

通过邮寄调查问卷的方法,对全国一些星级饭店的环境管理现状进行了初步的研究,从高层管理人员的环境意识、节能降耗等环保措施的实施情况、环境管理的推动程度以及环境管理的绩效4个角度出发设计了调查问卷.结果表明:大部分饭店都在积极实施环境管理的有关措施,以降低物资和能源的消耗;在目前情况下,许多饭店愿意接受建立简单的、并可能为饭店带来经济效益的环境管理体系;通过“绿色饭店”认证的酒店与未开展“创绿”活动的饭店相比,具有明显的环境和经济绩效.

It was investigated the current situation of the environmental management by delivering questionnaires to star hotels in China. The questionnaire included four kinds of questions, i.e. the environmental consciousness of the top management, the implementation of the energy-saving, watersaving methods etc. , the state of establishing the environmental management systems, and the environmental management performance. The preliminary analysis showed that （1）a majority of hotels actively adopted the measures for reducing the consumption of material and energy etc. , （2）most of the hotels were willing to set up a simple and easy management system which was benefit both to environment protection and the hotel, （3）the hotels registered as “the green hotel” were found to have better environmental and economic performances.
