摘要
目的:探索中小学教师自杀意念与抑郁、心理健康水平的关系,为提高农村中小学教师的心理健康水平提供依据。方法:采用多级抽样法,对抽取的423名江西省农村中小学教师使用一般调查问卷、Beck抑郁问卷(BDI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查并进行多元Logistic回归分析。结果:农村中小学教师自杀意念检出率为32.2%,女性多于男性,未婚教师多于已婚教师;除SCL-90偏执因子外,有自杀意念组SCL-90各因子分和BDI得分显著高于无自杀意念组;可预测自杀意念的危险因素有抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性因子及年龄、文化程度和婚姻状况。结论:自杀意念在农村中小学教师中较为常见,应对中小学教师群体中具有抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖症状者进行及时疏导。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between suicide ideation, depression and levels of mental health, and provide basis for enhancing levels of mental health of middle and primary school teachers in rural area, Methods: Stratified sampling method was used to draw 423 middle and primary school teachers in Jiangxi province. They were investigated with self-administered questionnaire, Beck Depression Inventary (BDI) and SCL-90. Results: The rate of expressing suicide ideation was 32.2%. Muhivariance logistic regression analysis revealed that the risk factors for suicide ideation were depression, anxiety, photic anxiety hostility and psychoticism. Conclusion: Suicide ideation is more common among middle and primary school teachers in rural areas. Emphasis should be placed on mental health to prevent suicide.
