精神病人限定责任能力量表信效度的初步研究

The Reliability and Validity Study of the Diminished Responsibility Scale for Mentally Ill Offenders

目的:对蔡伟雄等修订的《精神病人限定责任能力量表》信效度进行研究。方法:对湖南省2000年1月至2004年6月,231例鉴定为限定责任能力的刑事案件,进行回顾性资料分析。结果:该量表16个条目与总分有较好的相关性;再测信度为0.85;作案前预谋准备,作案时情况,作案后对后果认识,作案后对自我保护能力,疾病严重程度,社会适应能力等6个因子是判定限定责任能力较好的指标,其中作案前预谋准备最为重要。结论:精神病人限定责任能力量表构建合理,有较好的信效度。

Objective： To study the reliability and validity of the Diminished Responsibility Scale for mentally ill offenders. Methods： The data of 231 diminished responsibility cases evaluated by forensic psychiatrists from Jan. 2000 to June 2004 in Hunan,and it was used to assess the validity and reliability retrospectively of the Diminished Responsibility Scale developed by Cai Weixiong et al. Results： It showed that 16 items have good correlation to the total score of the scale,test-retesting correlation was 0.85. six factors were found hy factor analysis to be favorable criteria to judge the diminished responsibility. Factor 1 reflecting the premeditation and preparation before crime was the most important of all factors. Conclusion： The scale is well built and has good reliability and validity.
