摘要
讨论了1993年与1994年养殖对虾病毒性疾病流行期间福建省连江县大官坂垦区进水总渠和养殖虾池的水环境特点(包括水化学、浮游植物、微生物细菌等因子).养殖后期,水中溶解氧降低,且日变化幅度增大,异养细菌总数和弧菌数明显增大.气候环境骤变是对虾疾病发生的主要协迫因子.
The aquatic environmental characteristics of the shrimp culture in Daguanban Reclamation Area of Lianjiang County, Fujian Province during a destructive epizootic in 1993 and 1994 are discussed which covers hydrochemistry, phytoplankton, bacteria and vibrio. The waters during culture late were characterized by relatively low DO content with great diurnal variation; the number of bacteria and vibrio increased clearly in waters. The sharp change in climate was one of the major factors bringing on the destructive disease of culture penaeid.
