天球参考架零点的测定（Ⅱ）－小行星可观测弧段长度

Determination of Zero Point for the Celestial Reference Frame (Ⅱ) -The Length of Arc Section Observed for Asteroids

全轨道均匀分布的小行星观测对天球参考架零点的测定，以及其它一些相关课题的研究非常有利。本文就低纬子午环的观测能力，计算分析了小行星在全轨道观测的星等范围和弧段分布，给出了可观测弧段长度的计算公式，并进行了模拟计算。

It is very important for determination of the zero point of the fundamental reference frame to observe evenly the asteroid positions at all orbits,and it is also useful for the study of other subjects related. In this paper,we have calculated and analysed the magnitude range and distribution of the arc section for the asteroids in all orbit based on the observational ability of the Low Latitude Merdian Circle,and given the formula to calculate the length of the arc section observed for asteroids.
