摘要
采用60 d温室盆栽试验研究蓖麻对土壤中重金属Zn污染的耐性和积累效应。通过不同Zn浓度下蓖麻植株生长状况和叶绿素变化及蓖麻根、茎、叶各部分对Zn的积累量的研究,发现蓖麻对土壤Zn污染有较高的耐性,分别在叶、茎、根中对Zn有不同程度的积累,随着土壤Zn浓度的增加积累量也增大。说明蓖麻适合较高程度Zn污染土壤的修复。
A pot test with Ricinus communis L. growing on soils spiked with Zn was conducted to study its tolerance, uptake and accumulation. It was found that Ricinus communis L. has high tolerance in Zn contaminated soil and high accumulation of Zn in its leaves, stems and roots, through the observation of its growth conditions, change of chlorophyll and Zn accumulation in different parts of plant. It can be concluded that Ricinus communis L. appears to be suitable for phytoremediation for high znic contaminated soil.
