摘要
研究了碱性菊橙、亚硝酸根、8-羟基喹啉的重氮偶联反应所形成的显色体系,根据其在506 nm处有最大吸收,建立了测定亚硝酸根离子的新方法.在0.06~0.90 mg/L范围内,亚硝酸根离子的浓度与吸光度服从比耳定律.检测限为4.9×10-3 mg/L,表观摩尔吸收系数是2.8×104 L/(mol·cm).
Chrysoidine, an non-toxic basic dye reagent, was employed in a new colorimetric method for determination of nitrite concentration. The diazo-coupling reaction between chrysoidine nitrite and 8-hydroxyquinoline produced an orange-red color with a maximum light absorption at 506 nm. Within range of 0.06-0.90 mg NO^2-/L, the molar absorbance was 2.8)〈 10^4 L/(mol · cm), and the detection limit was 4.9×10^-2 mg/L.
