摘要
根据多年来加热炉炉顶检修施工的实践经验，对如何提高大型步进式加热炉的炉顶使用寿命进行了研究．详细叙述了大型加热炉炉顶、耐火材料、施工和烘炉等一系列工艺，提出了提高炉顶使用寿命的有效措施。
Based on the experience of repairing the furnace roof for many years, how to prolong life of walking beam reheating furnace roof is studied in the paper. A series of technology of reheating furnace roof, refractory material, construction and furnace dry-out are illustrated in detail, thus effective measures of how to prolong life of walking beam reheating furnace roof are summed up.
