摘要
研究了增塑剂用量、类型以及其他添加剂对火灾感温报警电缆电负性能的影响,并进行了热老化试验。试验结果表明:①添加DOP的体系要比添加TOTM的体系敏感温度低,感温性能好;②随着增塑剂用量的增加,电缆电阻值对温度的敏感系数减小,敏感温度范围降低;③添加硬脂酸和抗静电剂类添加剂可以调节电缆对温度的敏感性能和敏感温度范围;④TOTM、DMP、DOP、DOS 4种增塑剂热老化性能试验结果表明,TOTM的耐热性能最好。
The influences of the using amount and types Of plasticizer and other additives on the electron-egativity of temperature-sensitive fire hazard-alarming cable were studied,and the thermal aging experiments were made. The experiment results showed that:①the composites with DOP had the lower sensing temperature and better temperature sensitivity than the composites with TOTM;②with the increase of the using amount of plastidzer, the sensitive factor of cable resistance to temperature increased and the range of sensitive ternperamre decressed; ③adding stearic add and antistatic type additives could adjust the sensitivity to tempera- ture and the range of sensitive temperature; ④in the thermal aging experiment, the heat resistance of TOTM was the best among the four kinds of plastidzers of TOTM,DMP,DOP and DOS.
