摘要 原台湾产压延生产线故障率高,对其进行全面改造。主控系统采用主从PLC和远程I/O的控制方式,并设人机对话界面。张力控制系统采用张力轴传感器,实现闭环控制。并对测厚系统、附属装置、机械传动等部分进行了检修、改造。详述了前牵引、干燥部分、主机部分的改造后工艺性能。实践证明,改造后控制精度高、经济效益显著。 This paper related the innovation of the calendaring production line provided from Talwan,consisted of the main control system of PLC and remote I/O, set up man and machine conversation Interface, Tension control system adopted tension shaft sensor, realized the closed loop control, And repaired and modified the thickness measuring system, auxiliary devices, mechanical transmission parts and so on, Described the process performance of the front traction/dying section and main machine. by practical showing the line has increased the control precision after its modified and economic benefit is obviously.
