摘要
根据自清洗法原理及一种新的测量非晶质峰强度的方法——多点强度加和法,本文提出对混合物相中的非晶质及多种晶质矿物进行同时定量的方法。用非晶质SiO_2及多种晶质相配制了一套具不同含量非晶质的多相混合样品,并据此进行了模拟定量试验,结果表明该方法是可行的。该方法具有简便、快速的特点,定量精度完全可满足地质研究的要求。另外,文中还结合实际定量中可能遇到的问题,对非晶质的峰强度及强度因子(或参比强度)的测定方式进行了讨论。
Based on the principles of auto-flushing method(adiabatic principle of X-raydiffraction analysis)and a new measuring method for peak intensity of amorphousphase the integrating multi-points intensity method,quantitative analysis done si-multaneously for amorphous and docrystalline minerals in multiphase mixture is de-scribed in this paper.A set of mixtures with different amorphous contents were preparedusing pure amorphous SiO_2 and docrystalline minerals for model quantitative experi-ment.And this method is proved feasible by the experiment result. The method is sim-ple,convenient and timesaving.The paper has also discussed problems that may exist inactual work,and how to determine amorphous peak intensity and intensity factor(or ref-erence intensity).
