摘要
目的:探讨饱和水溶液法制备阿奇霉素-β-环糊精包合物的最佳制备工艺。方法:采用正交设计方法优化制备工艺。结果:优选出的最佳制备工艺为阿奇霉素:β-环糊精(摩尔比)为1:1,包合温度为50℃,搅拌时间为2h。结论:按此工艺条件制备包合物,产品的含药量达18.87±0.25%。
Objective: To study the optimal of preparing azithromycin-β-cyclodextrin (AM-β -CD) inclusion complex by saturated aqueous solution.Methods: Orthogonal design method was employed to optimize the technique of preparation.Results: The best condition of preparation are described as following: the molar ratio of AM to β -CD in the inclusion complex should be 1: 1;the temperature should be 50℃ and the time of stirring should be 2 hours. Conclusion: The content of azithromycin in the inclusion complex preparing by this optimal technique was (18.87±0.25)%.
