目的:研完全蝎酶解的最佳工艺条件。方法:以酶解液中干浸膏含量为指标,采用正交设计将酶解工艺条件进行优化。结果与结论:全蝎酶解最佳工艺条件为加水量为8倍量,酶用量为每次0.4%,酶解两次,每次3小时。
