摘要
优质高碳钢线材中的夹杂物来源于脱氧产物、吹氩降温过程中的二次氧化、钢包到中间包浇注的二次氧化、钢包和中间包耐火材料的剥离等。指出夹杂物形貌和能谱特征,分析不同破裂指数的夹杂物对线材性能的影响。为了得到塑性的MnO-A l2O3-S iO2夹杂物,应该采用S i-Mn脱氧。提出生产高碳钢线材过程中减少夹杂物的关键措施。
Inclusions of high carbon quality steel wire rod come from deoxidizing production, secondary oxidization in the course of blowing argon and cooling, secondary oxidization during pouring from molten steel container to middle container, refractory peeling of molten steel container and middle container, etc. Inclusion figure and spectrum characteristics are pointed out and the effects of different breaking exponent inclusion on property of wire rod are analyzed. In order to obtain plasticity MnO-Al2O3-SiO2 inclusion, Si-Mn deoxidization should be adopted. Key measures to decrease inclusion are put forward as producing high carbon wire rod.
