摘要
高碳盘条拉拔断裂的断口宏观形态和金相分析表明:盘条表面损伤、裂纹成某一角度由表面向心部扩展,在拉拔前发生断裂是由于运输或装卸不当造成;断口呈笔尖状,在拉拔早期发生断裂是由于内部存在缩孔缺陷所致;断口呈斜茬状,与拉拔时润滑不良密切相关。
Macroscopical shape and microstructure analysis effects of drawing fracture of high carbon steel wire rod show that the defect on the rod surface, crack spreading from surface to center along one angle and breaking before drawing are cause by improper transport and loading and unloading; penpoint fracture and breaking on the early course of drawing are caused by shrinkage void inside the rod; inclined stubble fracture has relation with badly lubricating as drawing.
